I have just been sent an unlocked K800i to replace a damaged one supplied by tmobile.

Picture messaging was working fine on the old one, but the new one with no branded tmobile fimrware will not work

any ideas where i can get the latest k800i tmobile firmware?

Hi. I’ve got exactly the same problem as you. One minute the phone is recognised then it’s not! Tried downloading other software still no good. Anyone any ideas or is down to the provider to sort it out?

Would appriciate if someone could post the steps taken to rectify the PC Suite and Phone USB driver installation problem, I tried several times but still could not get the phine to be recognised by the pc suite.

I cinnected the phone in “phone mode” but once serched it says there are no phones connected. Pls help
