yeah. shame about the vast amount of knobheads at this show. usually 50/50 but at this show was definitely more of an 80/20 for knobheads. throwing beer, standing near front but not even looking at stage and talking over everything, some dick head behind me shouting "they're playing tool!" when they were playing hunting bears and everyone around him agreeing - good to see there are so many "real" fans in scotland, people starting fights, people putting up umbrellas blocking hundreds of peoples views, people not taking thoms "south" comment as A JOKE, people trying to imitate the long high note on nude, people constantly moving round bumping into people not watching the gig just fucking round with mates, people more interested in taking photos of themselves, people calling thom yorke a cunt, people generally looking for a problem with other people, etc etc. i'm sure thom would be so proud if he knew some of the kind of people they attract. most people were there for a piss-up rather than to see a band.

still - best gig of my life. thankyou radiohead.

Just to clarify...

1. Radiohead lost me at Kid A and have never returned.

2. Kylie is a Goddess

3. Going to see Kylie with a mate in no way makes you look gay.

25 Radiohead songs back to back was awesome!

I've been trying to listen to more different styles of music but without too much success. Stuck in my ways I guess.

As for Kylie, it'll be a great show. Lewis and Ricky D went a couple of years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. No laughing...just a vision of you shaking your stuff to Kylie. Shivers :-)

Somewhat ashamed to say I don't think I've ever heard two Radiohead songs back-to-back. Ok, having spent two years listening a lot more to XFM, Rock Radio and such like have probably heard/recognised many of the tunes through a process of attrition.... Need to get them sorted and have a proper go at an LP, being more open-minded - thats the new me! And on that note, walking past the Carling Academy I see that Yngwie Malmsteen is playing on the same night I'm taking Jules and some clients to see Kylie at the SECC. Don't laugh.
